When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 business hours by FedEx, UPS or USPS. If something is on backorder, it ships as soon as it’s back in stock. Sign in to your account to see your order status.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $150 or more to the lower 48 states. Under $150, shipping is $17.95 for one club and $12.95 for accessories only.
How do returns work?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs aren’t refunded. Send us a message or email support@pyramidgolf.com to start a return.
What warranty do I get?
Every club comes with a 1-year warranty. You can add a 5-year warranty when you buy. Register your club on our warranty page.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and most other countries. You see the shipping cost at checkout. Customs and import duties aren’t included; your country charges them separately.
